This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how BROLLBIZZ LLC ("BROLLBIZZ," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in Houston, Texas, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with brollbizz.com (the "Site") and all of the products and services we offer through it (collectively, the "Services") - including Perso.Prints (custom 3D-printed collectibles and prints), BrollBas (videography and content), CutsByBas (grooming services), our cybersecurity portfolio, and Broll-DevOps (software development and deployment). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Information you provide to us. When you submit a contact, quote, order, or booking form, describe a project, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or project name, shipping and billing details, the contents of your messages, project requirements, and any files, sketches, or reference images you upload.
Payment information. When you make a purchase, your payment card and billing information are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information - including your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages and links you interact with, and the dates and times of your visits - through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers such as Stripe and our analytics and hosting providers, and from social platforms you use to interact with us.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); consent (for example, optional marketing and certain cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our business in ways that do not override your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the Site is used. These fall into essential, analytics, and marketing categories. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings and may opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. We honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose personal information only as follows:
Some analytics and advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or a "share" for "cross-context behavioral advertising" under certain state laws, even when no money changes hands. You may opt out of such activity by adjusting your cookie settings and by enabling the Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right, and we accept requests from authorized agents acting on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; request correction or deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision on your request. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 16. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California (CCPA / CPRA). California residents have the rights described above, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, and the purposes; the right to delete and to correct; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; the right to non-discrimination; and the "Shine the Light" right. We accept authorized-agent requests.
Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, TDPSA). Texas residents have the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and to appeal. We obtain opt-in consent before processing sensitive data and honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as required.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and other states. Residents of states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right to appeal, and we honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where those laws require.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. If reference materials you submit happen to contain sensitive information, we process it only to provide your Services. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or, where applicable, under 16). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. (This Section reflects COPPA and applicable state minor-protection laws.)
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required for transfers from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we and our processors rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of information we are not required to retain.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Email (CAN-SPAM). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly. We do not use deceptive subject lines, and our messages identify BROLLBIZZ and include a valid contact address.
Text messages (SMS/TCPA). If you provide your mobile phone number - for example, to book an appointment, request a quote, or reply to us - and you initiate or agree to text with us, you consent to receive service-related and transactional text messages from BROLLBIZZ at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
The Site contains links to third-party sites and platforms - including Instagram and LinkedIn - and offers a downloadable contact card. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, which are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
