This Code of Conduct (the "Code") sets out the standards of behavior that BROLLBIZZ LLC ("BROLLBIZZ," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, Texas, expects from everyone connected to our work. We are an umbrella for multiple business lines - Perso.Prints and Perso-World, BrollBas, CutsByBas, Broll.Regime and Fitted Stylez, laser engraving and personalization, our cybersecurity portfolio and planned CyberBoss services, Broll-DevOps, and Broll-Workflow - and we hold every interaction, in person or online, to the same professional and ethical standard.
This Code applies to everyone who acts on behalf of, works with, or is served by BROLLBIZZ, including its owner, founder, members, employees, independent contractors, freelancers, collaborators, interns, vendors, suppliers, partners, clients, customers, and guests (each, a "Covered Person"). It governs conduct wherever our work happens: on our premises and any service location (including the barber chair, film sets, shoots, pop-ups, and events), at client sites, during travel and business functions, and across all digital channels - email, text, calls, video, social media, direct messages, and any platform used for Company business. Where any additional written agreement, engagement policy, or venue rule applies, it supplements this Code; where a specific law imposes a higher standard, that standard controls.
We expect every Covered Person to act with:
We are committed to equal, dignified treatment for all. We do not tolerate discrimination against, or harassment of, any person based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion or creed, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital or family status, military or veteran status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Every Covered Person is expected to help maintain an environment where people are judged on their conduct and their work - never on who they are.
Harassment of any kind is prohibited. "Harassment" means unwelcome conduct - verbal, physical, visual, written, or electronic - that is based on a protected characteristic or that a reasonable person would find hostile, intimidating, degrading, humiliating, or abusive, and that has the purpose or effect of creating an offensive environment or interfering with a person's work, service, or dignity. Prohibited harassment includes, without limitation:
Harassment is prohibited whether it occurs in person or through any digital channel, whether it is a single serious incident or a pattern, and whether it is directed at a coworker, contractor, client, customer, vendor, or any other person.
BROLLBIZZ has zero tolerance for sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. This is prohibited in every setting, including the barber chair, on set, at events and pop-ups, in client meetings, and across all messages and social media. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed, and ongoing, and it can be withdrawn at any time. Consent cannot be assumed from silence, prior interactions, a professional or service relationship, or a person's clothing or demeanor. Any sexual contact obtained through pressure, threats, incapacitation, or abuse of authority is strictly prohibited and may also be unlawful.
We are committed to a safe environment and prohibit violence and threats of any kind. This includes physical assault, fighting, threats or intimidation, destruction of property, and bringing weapons onto our premises or into a service or work setting except as permitted by law. Report any threat to safety immediately, and in an emergency call 911 first. Being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while performing Company work or services, or possessing or distributing illegal drugs during Company activities, is prohibited.
Every client and customer deserves professional, respectful, and honest treatment - and we ask the same in return. In the chair, on set, and in every engagement, Covered Persons will maintain appropriate boundaries and professionalism. We may decline, pause, or end any service or engagement, and remove any person from our premises or platforms, when conduct is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise in violation of this Code. We treat clients' spaces, property, and privacy with the same respect we expect for our own.
Everything above applies fully online. When representing BROLLBIZZ or interacting with anyone connected to our work, communicate professionally and respectfully across email, text, calls, video, social platforms, and direct messages. Do not send harassing, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or abusive content; do not post confidential, defamatory, or misleading material; and do not impersonate others or misrepresent your authority. Assume that anything you send in a business context is a lasting record.
Protect confidential and personal information you access through your relationship with BROLLBIZZ - including client information, project details, business plans, pricing, files, credentials, and personal data. Use it only for its intended purpose, safeguard it against unauthorized access or disclosure, and do not share it without authorization. Handling of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Given our cybersecurity work, we hold ourselves to a high standard of information security and expect the same care from everyone who handles our or our clients' data.
Respect intellectual-property rights - ours and others'. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from protected content without permission, and do not misuse the BROLLBIZZ, Perso.Prints, Perso-World, BrollBas, CutsByBas, Broll.Regime, Fitted Stylez, Broll-DevOps, Broll-Workflow, or CyberBoss names, characters, designs, or marks. These obligations are detailed in our Terms of Service.
The following are strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
If you experience, witness, or become aware of a possible violation of this Code, please report it. You may report in good faith to the founder and owner of BROLLBIZZ directly, by email at basco@brollbizz.com or by phone/text at (281) 475-1535. Provide as much detail as you can - what happened, when, where, who was involved, and any witnesses or records. We will treat reports seriously and handle them as confidentially as reasonably possible, sharing information only as needed to investigate and respond. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
Retaliation is prohibited. No one may be threatened, penalized, excluded, demoted, dismissed, refused service, or subjected to any adverse action for making a good-faith report, raising a concern, or cooperating with an investigation. Retaliation is itself a violation of this Code and will be addressed the same as any other serious misconduct. Knowingly making a false report in bad faith, however, is also a violation.
We will review reported concerns promptly, fairly, and objectively, take appropriate interim measures where needed, and reach conclusions based on the information available. Violations of this Code carry consequences appropriate to the circumstances, which may include coaching or a warning, changes to duties or access, suspension or termination of an engagement, employment, or contract, removal from our premises or platforms, refusal of future service, forfeiture of amounts owed where permitted, and referral to law enforcement. Nothing in this Code limits any legal rights or remedies available to BROLLBIZZ or to any affected person.
By working with, for, or as a customer of BROLLBIZZ, you agree to uphold this Code. Everyone shares responsibility for the environment we create; leaders and senior collaborators are expected to model these standards and to act on concerns. Ignorance of this Code is not an excuse for violating it.
